Flightplan??

Monday, 14/11/05, email from birdy... (with commentary by Roar Roar)

hiya... i just went to catch a show yesterday (aka: Sunday)... (- -")

i wanted to watch the show of the mother losing her daughter on the plane (she was of course referring to flightplan)... the one meow meow watched...

when i reached the cinema... i forgot the title of the show... (flightplan, flightplan!)

"hmm... if i saw the title i should be able to figure out which show it is..." (should be? should be?!!)

and ta-da... i went to buy tix for "sky high"... thinking that "plane mah... and she lost her daughter on the plane in the sky... so should be sky high...." (can i even say it was a logical reasoning??)

Then i entered the theatre room... and saw quite a number of kids in the theatre...

"eh? how come nowadays parents bring their kids watch this kinda show... hai~ the world is changing xia..."

and i just ignored these warning signs... happily munching on my nachos...

The lights dimmed... the introduction of the production company flashed on the screen "WALT DISNESY"... (hello! u even spelt DISNEY wrongly!!)

i tot, "oh, i didn't know walt disney produced these kinda of thriller movies..."

Starting of the show... *picture of 2 superheros... flying woman... super strong man...*

"huh?" (now is the time for her to be blinking her eyes rapidly)

in a state of shock.... i stare at my kor-kor (the boyfren)... "erm...watch show are we watching? how come got heros one?"

BF: "you wanted to watch sky high right?"

birdy: "i tot its the thriller show of the kidnap of the daughter on the plane..."

*stares blankly at each other...* (more rapid eye blinking, this time, at each other)

then we just sat thru the "interesting" and full of moral ethics show (social studies??) with the kids ard us, laughing... not at the show... but laughing that we are watching that show...

The show is not bad... erm... full of moral ethics... suitable for all ages.... no blood-shed... can just sit back and relax....

the bad guy is really the typical bad guy if spider-man, super-man... those who wear a gold mask and space suit... flying ard kind.... (dun ask, i haf no idea wat to make of this sentence either)

pretty enjoyable show.... <- no choice... spend $9.00 already... die die must enjoy it.... (wahahaha)

conclusion: this is something only birdy can achieve...

at least the last time when moo moo and i went to watch Initial D the movie, we were given wrong showtime by the GV person, but we still managed to find empty seats to watch the show...

advise to birdy: even if u dunno the movie title, at least try to find some posters to confirm wat u're watching...
